USE OF PLAYER INFORMATION
1. The Player's personal data (meaning any information about you by which you can be personally identified, such as your name, address, telephone number or email address, referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Your Information”) will be processed by 1King (including its representatives and employees) and (where appropriate) our partners and subcontractors in order to provide the Player with the full range of Services. The Player's Information is collected when the Player registers to open an account with 1King, or when the Player sends a written enquiry to 1King.
2. By using any of the Services, the Player confirms that they have read and accepted the terms of this Privacy Policy, and likewise when the Player provides us with Information (for the avoidance of doubt, this includes cases where the Player sends us an enquiry through one of the Websites or completes only part of the account registration process).
WHAT TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE THEM
1. 1King collects Player Information for the following purposes:
● to set up the Player's Account so that they can take full advantage of all the features of the Services, place bets and play games;
● to enable the Player to submit their questions and comments through online Live Support and to be able to respond to them;
● to comply with the regulations relating to the Player's registration, for example completing age verification checks; and
● to inform the Player about upcoming events, offers and promotions.
● In addition to the broad purposes set out above, 1King will not use the Player's Information other than to share it (including the Player's Information where necessary) with our third-party business partners and subcontractors who process data on our behalf:
● to set up, operate and manage the Player's Account;
● to provide any of the Services requested from us and for any appropriate purpose connected with such provision;

● sending periodic written communications to account holders to announce important service changes, technical issue updates and changes to the Rules (which also include the Privacy Policy);
● complying with legal requirements, complying with legal process, or acting to protect the interests of sports bodies or other qualified organisations;
● investigating suspected illegal, fraudulent or otherwise improper activity related to the Services;
● reporting a crime or suspected crime, money laundering or any fraud; and
● any other purpose necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations to the Player.
2. 1King will not send the Player unsolicited information relating to third-party commercial offers or advertising.
3. 1King may use the Player's username and/or name and region for advertising or promotional purposes.
4. Telephone calls with our Customer Support Department are recorded for training and security purposes.
5. We may transfer Player Information if we transfer or sell our business or any part of it, including in the event of insolvency.
6. If at any time the Player asks us to stop processing Player Information for the purposes above, the Player should contact us and we will take the appropriate steps to stop it.
UPDATING PLAYER INFORMATION
The Player may update or delete their Information at any time from their 1King account via 'My Account/Update Account Details' (if available) or by contacting Customer Support.
